In other words, the sales transaction is handled professionally, we pay the costs for closing, and you receive your funds from the closing attorneys.
Where is the catch?
To be fair, our offer is below retail value. Our business model entails that we, after buying your property, sell it either through a realtor or ourselves. If you sell the conventional way you should be able to obtain a higher price - but my way is faster, hassle-free, and at no risk to you :)
