We can close in as little as 20 business days. We also always acquire using closing attorneys and pay for a title search. In other words, the sales transaction is handled professionally, we pay the costs for closing, and you receive your funds from the closing attorneys.
Where is the catch?
To be fair, our offer is below retail value. Our business model entails that we, after buying your property, sell it either through a realtor or ourselves. If you sell the conventional way you should be able to obtain a higher price - but my way is faster, hassle-free, and at no risk to you :)

Hey there, nice to virtually meet you! I am Susanne, and I founded Fitz Cray Land in 2022 and since then have built a nimble rock-star team to help me evaluate your land. I grew up in Lehigh Valley, PA. I have two fantastic, grown-up children. I have lived in five different countries. I love nature, and sometimes I recharge in an off-grid cabin that doesn't even have a proper toilet which sounds awful but is actually very cool, and whose location I will not disclose to anyone but my closest friends.
Land investing found me through the grace of God. I absolutely love land! I I love nature but I also love organizing data in spreadsheets - haha - and I also love maps, which is definately an asset :D. More importantly, I enjoy getting to know you and hopefully doing business together.
