Great question! No, I didn't find you because your land is listed as for sale or because you owe taxes. Of course not. It is really quite simple: if you have received an offer from us, then your property is in an area we are interested in, and is within an acreage range that we are looking for.

In other words, the sales transaction is handled professionally, we pay the costs for closing, and you receive your funds from the closing attorneys.
Where is the catch?
- If you want to sell your land without doing anything, there is no catch. We do all the work.
- If you want to get your money in about 20-30 business days without listing your property for sale anywhere, waiting for property viewings or bank appraisals on the buyer's side, there is no catch. If we agree to purchase your land, we purchase it.

I grew up in the Lehigh Valley, PA. I have two fantastic, grown-up children. I love nature, and sometimes I recharge in an off-grid cabin that doesn't even have a proper toilet which sounds awful but is actually very cool (well I think so - my kids tend to disagree) and whose location I will not disclose to anyone but my closest friends.
